Happy Thanksgiving! Holy cow! i so cannot believe that its already the Holidays. Christmas is like a month away! This month has totally flown by. I have been really super busy!!

I hope everyone had a safe and really awesome halloween!

At the end of october i learned from my boss that we are closing the store that i work for, so i have been working many moar hours in rl. Its so weird for me knowing im not going to have a for sure job anymore.... Its made me super depressed. Ive worked at my job for some time. 2 years or maybe 3 . i dont even know. But its been a long time. So probably at the end of the year i will no longer be working. I am not sure what im going to be doing. I was thinking about maybe going to school. Well see ^__^!!!

So guess what!!!! I learned how to crochet! I am so loving it. My mom taught me one time when i was in 8th grade but I never could figure out how to do it without missing a stitch. Recently with my spare time i had i wanted to learn to make something and i was talking with a lady at my work in rl and she invited me to her church to this craft night. I went, a lady taught me what i was doing wrong and i been a crochetting machine. I made my husband a scarf. My mom and my brother both asked me to make them ones! that makes me so happy. yayyy! I was thinking to make my dad these things called glittens!!! OMG first i LOVE LOVE LOVE that name! and second i think they are jus the neatest idea ever! they are gloves that go only half way up your fingers and then theres a mitten part that you pull up over your fingers when you dont need to use them. Whoever invented such a thing- GENIOUS really. I cant wait. I have to figure out how still. Im so hoping i can get them done before christmas!!!

Speaking of christmas. how bout buying something homemade or making something for someone this year?!?!? i think that would be so neat! I have found some really neat websites that have all sorts of things you could make. Ill post them here for you. You have like a month. You so have enough time, and youll probably save a little money and its a little more thoughtful. I THINK! And who cant use some extra cash these days?? hmmmmmmmmmm....

Happy Halloweeeeeeeeen!!!!!

Oh you know i jus love halloween. I used to go trick or treating. I havent gone in in about 2 years. Since i was 21 i think. I dont remember could be 20. But i still dress up and i looove to decorte my house. Sad thing though- I dont get trick or treaters where i live, and this year i think its going to rain. Its been raining for like 5 weeks. Dont get me wrong, I love rain. But i am waiting for my house to float away, and for a couple dry days for i can rake my leaves before it snows!

Really quick I want to tell you all where this stuffs came from cuz it costed me like L$1 (minus the hairs). The skin was a free one from aden for halloween- go there like right now cuz tomorrow is halloween!!!! Im not sure if the skins are on sale still, but if you didnt go- now you have a reason. For really.

This nurse Halloween costume. I got it for L$1. heck yes. It doesnt come with the blood- i made that. there are a couple other costumes there too- go check it out!

Fall is here! i am soo happy. i luff fall so so much. Its so so so so cold already though! ive already turned my heat on in my home anddd their is even spose to be a frost tonite. I cant believe it feels already like winter! but thats ok. Halloween is next month! im so excited! halloween is my favorite holiday - even though ( and i cant believe im even going to say this lolol ) im really looking forward to the holidays this year. I DONT KNOW WHYY! so unlike me!!

The Brand New cd came out on Sept 22. Did you go get it??? If you did what did you think? I thought it was uhm.. it was different.. o.O yes, maybe even bad... But thats ok! i forgive them. And if you havent heard it yet, give it a try. maybe you will still like it! Every band is allowed one bad cd, and they still rock because they made 3 way awesome ones already! Im going to see them on Saturday ( oct. 3 ) I am soooooo excited!!!!!!! ahhhhh!!!

Next Friday i am going to get my wisdom teeths taken out in rl. Im really scared! but im so ready to get these things out of my head! they hurt!! wish me luck please!!!

still no one has im'd me. i promise i dont bite!!

Hi there. I know its been some time since I have updated here. Yesterday I was talking with a friend i havent talked with in a while and he was asking me how i been and mentioned that my blog has been deserted. Yes! it has been and im so sorry. July and August were such friggin suck months for me.. Im going to try and get back into blogging, but if i cant- i will probably close this blog and only update photos on my flickr. But im really hoping that it wont be the case! Because I do love blogging! Maybe i need some more friends in SL™ -- if you wanna hang out or something in world shoot me an IM or something ( odelia boram ) Id be moar than happy to hang out and/or chat!!! We could dance on my giant corn dog!! lolol

In other news!

Remember my blog post a few back about ShazWren Photo Gallery? I was a featured guest there when they first opened!! Well my friend Warren asked me to become a permanat feature in one of the artist huts next to the Gallery!! I was very flattered, I went and made 4 new pictures that can only been seen down at the Gallery. If your curious to see them - click here! Hi there!!!

so, since i found out that Second Life® kinda disabled my nice pretty graphics, i havent bought any $Linden and Ive not been exploring or doing as much Second Life® activity. But then the hair fair came- and I caved and i went and got some new styles :)))~. Hair is my favorite thing to shop for- and this is for a good cause! Its a win win huh! I was going to show you some of my favorite styles, but really- if you look at jus about any other Second Life® blog- youll see many of the styles- and i do reccomend to fight the lag and take a look. This year, I was a little sad to see that there were not many shops that had white (-not silver, not grey-) hair. Anyhow- maybe on my flickr ill post some pictures of my favorites.. ^___^

Last weekend my friends and I all went to the Gay Pride Parade-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pride_parade - it was really quite beautiful and alott of fun!!! :)) . Id like to post a few of my favorite floats.

GOOGLE!!! That was cool!- Proud Parents. This one almost made me cry a little bit. There was one parents that were holding a banner that said " God blessed me with a gay son " and it was touching- and my friend DID cry.<3

I have been trying to figure out what other options there could be for my Second Life® graphics... Its just not the same playing with shitty graphics.... Very frustrating. rar. I asked my friend alpha if she could help me, and she did some digging and found out that basically Second Life® does not support my graphics card and I dont get the option to play it with the the shader options. Pshhhhhh. thats WAY lame. I hope maybe sometime soon they can fix this, i would really like to be able to play with them.

I wanted to post this post in last month in May, when ShazWren opened. But I had tried to reinstall Vista onto my computer, then i got sick with the flu, talk about karma. and i jus now remembered to put photoshop back onto my computer.. So here we go. Better late than never right? woo hoo.

ShazWren is a SL™ photo gallary owned by my friend Warren and his partner Shasta Laval. Its features their photos taken in SL™ and they have a room dedicated to other photographers that would like to show off their works. Its really neat!! I was honored when Warren asked if I would be the first to show my pictures, which was really awesome. This month is featuring photos from Josef Balbozar. Sorry that its been soooooo long since ive posted something REAL here. Thats so lame of me. Its been a tough couple months for me in RL - these past few. I cut my work hours in half and Im taking some ' me ' time - and things are starting to get better, and that is really a relief! :)

But anywhoo...

Good News!!

Myyyyy computer is fixxed!! yayyyyy.

So, hopefully.. I will be able to blog on a regular basis again :)

I was really hoping to post a blog on Earth Day ( April 22 ) with easy ways to go green, but... I am a procrastinator. Really bad. So Im going to do it today, because it doesnt have to be earth day to be green ^_^ . These are very cheap and easy tips- many people think its expensive to be green. Its not! it more often SAVES you money. How neat right?

... So this is gonna kinda be a 2 in 1 blog. I hope this will work out, and you will enjoy :)~

Here we go.
10 CHEAP AND EASY GOING GREEN TIPS:

* Recycle Your Electronics - Most electronics are recycleable, and should be recycled because when they are thrown away, they sit and release toxins and carcinogens into our water and soil. You can find a place that will take or even pick up your electronics here - Or you could try and sell them for some extra cash www.ebay.com / greenphone.com - or give them away to someone else that may be in need.

* Get rid of those bottles - Millions of us now drink bottled water, but only half of those bottles are being recylced. I made the pledge and bought a water bottle with a filter in it, so I can save money on buying water bottles and save the environment from all my plastic bottles. The bottles are cheap considering how much you will save from not having to buy water bottles. And if water bottles arent your thing - check out britas water purifiers http://www.brita.com/

* Shop Local - Now moar than ever, local business's need your patronage. If you need to run and get only a few things, shopping at the local stores, saves you time, saves gas ( maybe you could even walk! ) good to the earth, and helps out the business. And you never know, you might find something really neat and different! Its a win win!

* Get rid of paper towels - Yeshhh! i know this one is hard. I am working on it myself. Instead of buying paper towels, cut up old clothes that you cant give away and use them to clean up and dry off instead of throwing them away.

* Grow your own organic - This year, I am growing an organic garden and I am so so so so excited! Growing your own organic vegetables is a great way to save some money,and eat healthier. Not only this, but they are fresher and and you can have a wider variety of what you want.

* Bring your own bags - some stores around where I live have stopped offering free bags and are selling re- usable tote bags. They are so cheap - usually under $3 usd and even now have super cute designes on them! If you have trouble remembering like I do, when your done using them, put them together and hang them on the door handle for when your walking out- even if your not going to the market, then you will have them handy when you do go. ^_^

* Buy Re - Chargable batteries - I am a huuuuge fan of these, every thing i own that needs batteries has rechargable ones. To buy the first set with the charger is like $20 usd and it comes usually with 2 AA and 2 AAA - you can also buy extra batteries for about $8 usd. At the store - to buy a pack of 8 non rechargable batteries is about $9.

* Un - Plug it - Did you know that things use electricity even when they are not on when they are plugged in? Put things in a power strip to make it easier and quicker to turn off when your leaving the house.

* Re - use - use glass jars and some plastics ( butter, sour cream, peanut butter, jam jars, ect.. ) for other things- left overs, baking goods, candy, crafts, ect. lots of things. Use your imagination. If you have kids- you can even re use yogurt cups as cups for juice.

* Go to the library or a used book store - I loooooove to read. I love to visit the library, and used book stores. There are so many neat book to find. Buy going to the library or buying used book, your saving paper - and probably alot of money. Im not saying to totally shut out the bigger stores like barnes and noble and Borders- jus be resoursful ^_^

Now, I would like to tell you about a cute little sim my friend Neoh owns- C oconut Cove. Its a beach for lovers to spend some time. Though, you can go and explore by yourself too. There are some singe sit poses around :).
( Please excuse my suck pictures - my computer is fixed but my Second Life® is still broken- even on higher settings, it thinks its on low. I dont know what i did! But thats even moar reason for you to go! )

When you first teleport in, theres a cute little welcome sign, and a pathway - a couple. I chose the way to the boardwalk. You can sit on the dock and watch the water, or you can sit in on a raft and catch some rays!

Sitting on the dock watching the fishes. eek!

Its really a 2 person shower. But it works even for jus 1.

It would be cute if there was a 2 person tire swing here, But i dont know if such a thing exists?

The dancing area. Its really a very cute spot.. I hope to dance there someday.

A cuddle spot. How sweeet!

Theres plenty of other goodies and special places to been seen around the sim, but i dont wanna ruin all the suprises- so if you wanna take someone special to a nice place. i reccomend this one!!

Hi! OMG!! hi hello how are you doing?!?!? Oh im doing so much better! I finally got my new computer mmmm... about a week or 2 ago. But guess what.... When I got it, I could get onto Second Life® but nothing would load. EVERYTHING would stay grey, No matter what i had my grapic setting to. So I had a hard time comming back. My husband took off Vista and installed XP and its soo sooo soo much better, things load. But I lag alot. And this really really frustrates me because i want so badly to be able to do things and see all the flippin sweet new places in Second Life®, try as i might. Its jus too laggy for me and I leave. But i hear from many people its not just me. So maybe theres still hope!. ^_^. I heard somewhere that lag is also created from a messy inventory. And so i tried for a couple days to sort my inventory and kinda clean it up a little bit. But i jus get bored and dont.

Anyways.

Pretty basically, I am back in Second Life® but my blogging will still be a little sparatic. I kno I kno. Soooo lame.

So what did I do while i was gone maybe you ask? uhmmmm... Not really Alot. On January 24th(i think) I went and saw the Tim and Eric Awesome Show. Great Job! live. It was sooo very great. I took my husband to see it for Christmas and he had a great time,and it was so awesome. If you havent heard of this show and would like to watch some. please click here to see. its so funny!

Ive also been watching some TV and I found one show that I really really like. I think it is so funny. Its called 'Bad Girls Club 'on Oxygen. Its on on Tuesdays if you want to watch it. Tiffany is ma favorite, shes badass. oh! and i like The Secret Life of the American Teenager. I havent watched the whole series but its jus on Mondays when I come home from works so Ive been watching it. Its on abc family if you wanna watch that one. lolol

Have you ever candled your ears? oh man! that was so fun to do. I have very sensetive ears and it kinda hurt the next day, but it was a cool thing to do. You would really be suprised at how much ear wax you have built up in there. Yuck.

Ive been playing The Sims 2. Oh i forget how much i enjoy this game. Its very similar to Second Life® (for those who havent played it) but theres no interaction with real people and no chatting and all the way cool stuff Second Life® has. Its jus fun cuz their is no lag :)).

Oh boy! i missed my lil bloggity here!!!

How have you all been?!!?

Me, well.. the Holidays are over ( WOOOO !!! ) and things have finally slowed down and my life is now returning to its very boring familiarity... :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I Hope yall had a super fun AAAAANNNDDD safe New Years Eve ! I really cannot belive that it is already 2009, holy cow... I really have alot of hope for this year, I think, things can only get better! Right?! But for real.. I think this year is going to Rock!

Alot of people make New Years Resolutions when the new year comes. I really never have... Not because Im perfect - lol cuz thats FAR from the truth - but because I think that to really stick with something you HAVE to WANT too.. Not just because its a new year... This year I decided I was really ready... I made a resolution to change myself for the better... Dont get me wrong, I think I am a really good person. but I could be SO SO SO SO much better. So Im going to work on it. :)

The other day I was talking with my friend KaeJae about my blog and how I wanted to come back with a really kick ass entry since it would be my first for 2009 and also my first for about 3 weeks but I couldnt find anyplace really that didnt have snow ( IM SO SICK OF SNOWWWWWWW !!!! ) or that was reallly interesting to me, and so she mentioned to look back on 2008 and what I plan to change for 2009 and hope to accomplish... And i thought that was a really super dope Idea.

I thought that the perfect place to start would be right here with my blog.... When I first started writing my blog I was not so good, not so organized and not always 100 % clear with what I was going at. I also did not have a specific direction at which my blog was aimed toward.... Going through my entrys i can see where my writings slowly started to get better, and I hope within this next year I can become a regular blogger and also a much better writer and better with my word placement.. That is something I have always had trouble with... As for a specific direction - I still dont have. My blog is just really about what I feel like writing about, and it will always stay that way, because I like alots of different things and alots of variety and I chang my mind constantly.. I would also like to change my header and my layout/background. I will do this as soon as i can figure this out. ^_^

In the beginning of 2008, my brother gave me his copy of Photoshop 7.0 and told me that I would probably love it and to try it out because he was no good at it. When i first installed it onto my computer I knew it was looooooove. But I really DID NOT expect it to be such a difficult program to use... or that I would be so terrible! Which was so discouraging I went out and bought a Photoshop bible! Going through my Flickr, it is quite noticable how much better with photoshop I have gotten... But still far from great! But, everything that I know how to do I have taught myself through tutorials and reading photoshop books, and I think thats something pretty awesome...
I was thinking to have a tutorial part on the side of my blog over there ~~~~~~> .
Ill have to sort em all out, but I think that would be pretty neat?

2008 was a very drama filled year, both RL and Second Life®. In RL there is nothing I can do about it except grit my teeth and bear it, thats part of life... ya know. But in Second Life® I dont know why I put up with it. That is the very reason I come to love Second Life® - its not like RL! So this year. I QUIT! Im so over drama.. how does that saying go ' that was so last year ' ? Something like that. Well that is how I feel about it... ^_^

Before this get to be 3 pages long Im going to wrap here with my overall goals for 2009 and what I really hope to change...(( Besides my Blog. Cuz i said all I could about that. )) One thing I would really like to change is being so shy!! roooar. It is simply no good. I would also like to STOP being so anti social... Mmmm . No . Maybe anti social is not the correct word.. Because I do love talking to people, once they talk to me first.... I guess I just dont want to be a pest... So, comming from that. I should just stop caring what people think about me..? I may annoy some people. But thats me. I annoy myself sometimes. Take it or Leave it.

Today I got some free time and I spent a little bit of it in SL™ and went ice skating, it was alots of fun. A couple weeks ago Jessi and I went to LARGEST ICE SKATING RINK and today i went back by myself and thought it was a really nice place to share :).

If you dont have skates already you can buy some for L$100 - which have a whole bunch of options... and change color... Pretty good deal.... But their is also a free pair.

Its a really pretty place, but their is only 1 way to go and its not that long, but their are nice things to see. and if you get the skates you can do all your trick option. Cool!

It looks really much better when your world is set to midnight.

Hi :)

I havent been spending a lot of time in SL™. I been spending some time in RL and I took some time to make photoshop babies which has been a blast. Ill get back in world probably this weekend :))~ .

Today I was googling and I found this website and its really interesting. Its a senses challenge. Mines ... Really suck. I only got 8 out of 20 right. I think I need to work on that.

Happy December! Happy Monday! For real. I jus had a Super wonderful 4 day weekend. I was away for the weekend, I had a great time. I got onto Second Life® for only maybe a half hour this weekend. Sunday was Warrens Rezday. HAPPY REZDAY WARREN! He's 2 years old too. Go him! We were talking - him and I and we were going to throw a party but neither of us never really put much effort into it and it seems like the first one was was awesome and its great that weve been here this long. But eh. We never did. We jus let it pass, wasnt such a big deal. Its not a bad thing. I dont really know what Im saying. lol. Jus. Happy 2nd Rezday Warren!

I hope everyone that celebrates had a great Thanksgiving. Generally I am not really excited for the Holidays. I dont really care to be around my family because moar often than not someone ends up arguing and the whole day gets ruined. I was going to jus have dinner for my husband and I at my house, but we decided to go to my Grandmas house because everyone was there to have dinner. We were there for quite some time. Probably 3 or 4 hours and NO ONE fought or argued or disagreed. Everyone got along. It was so awesome and it made me kind of excited even for Christmas. Its already snowing here. Its been snowing since Sunday Morning. It finally stopped today around 3pm. I could do without the snow for at least 2 moar weeks. Today when I came home from work my trees behind my house looked so pretty and I decided to take a picture. And I will show you cuz I think that is the only time that snow is pretty is when it is on treees..

Oh! lol. Today i was checking my email --- a very rare occurance --- and I got an email from my cousin and the Subject was ' were in trouble ' and Im like oh noe ! I opened it and i read the whole thing and it was jus a silly joke email and I want to share it with everyone cuz it made me laugh.

We are in trouble...
The population of this country is 300 million.
160 million are retired..
That leaves 140 million to do the work.

Which leaves 55 million to do the work.
Of this there are 35 million employed by the federal government.
Leaving 15 million to do the work.
